Hi Tony,
I know loads about it, I've been using one for around a year and have got to know Vic over that time. In fact I have 3 wands. The sound is very, very good. To a certain extent it has some CD qualities, I mean this in a very positive way - clean and precise.
Compared to my OL Encounter the sound is in totally a different league. There are some things you have to learn about in re setup vs a gimbal arm. Finish is fine though it's not an SME V but it is well engineered, I reckon though it could sound better than a V (and most other arms), which is the most important aspect.
