wideband- tweeter distance/horn type

Robert,
I wonder if there is an optimum wideband center to gemini tweeter center distance. I see that in the prometheus plans this distance is 255mm?
Furthermore as I am trying to make an apollo type clone I see the horn used there is probably of a much smaller total diameter (100mm?).This initially confused my drawings because the provided horn is 190 mm and the symmetry was all out.
Is there an easy way to reduce the horn size or even to produce the horn opening itself on a baffle?
