Prometheus wiring

On the Prometheus Mark II (not Airforce), are both the widebands and the tweeters wired in phase (positive to positive, negative to negative)?
That's what the manual says, but I seem to recall some postings in the past calling the phasing into question -- I'm probably confused, but I just wanted to confirm.
