Yes I did it to minimize the ob top move. I have the subs sitting on the ob base and they are pretty heavy. But even though the baffle seems to vibrate which to a degree resets the cone movement. I have the feeling that even if you have the support running in angle, it is still better to increase the mass of the ob instead.Regards,
