after around 15 changes to the parts and values, I have found this the best sounding setup.
small differences in cathode like 680R insteda of 820R and 1k instead of 1.2K are not important.
0.47uF output cap with 220k ground resisitor is a well proven setup wirling with 100k pot of preamplifier and much better than 1M resistor. LF is better controled.

Additional 22uF with 1k resisitor B+ filtration works well to privde the super clean B+ important for Cascode first stage. Rresistor choice is personal voicing
