Hello,
if you prefer to leave them out or not, depends largely on personal taste and your system.
I leave them out and/or remove them, whenever I find these "bypass" capacitors.
These capacitors are the last part of the power supply and as such deliver the energy to the different stages.
The small bypass capacitors have better properties for high(er) frequencies then the electrolytic capacitors.
With the "bypass" capacitors you get more detail, but I always hear/feel that these details are not "part" of the music anymore. The balance is a little gone.
You can get (about) the same result when you use (an old fashioned) treble switch.
On the other hand, the quality of the bigger (bypassed) capacitors becomes more important.
The only good advise that I can give is : try it yourself and listen, listen and listen some more.
Best regards, Peter
