Hi!
Exchange C5 for an oil capacitor. ASC Blue is a good choice here. 50uF will do. If you aren't afraid of changing the board a bit use a Mundorf HV+ (4 pole) for C3.
For C1 and C10 AN copper is quite fine.
Try Mills 5W wirewounds as cathode resistors and Kiwane 2W for the rest. And then switch the Kiwames to Shinkohs and see what you like better. The Beyschlag resistors aren't bad at all in the first place.
