Kit1 cathode voltage difference

Hi friends.
I have recently fixed a kit1.
Almost everything inside was removed and inserted again.
However after powering it up almost everything measures ok but the cathode voltage of one 300b tube is measuring 75Vdc and the other 65Vdc.

What can cause this?
The filament psu is ok, new parts almost everywhere.
Could it be the cathode caps? The tube itself?

BTW: The input stage is now totally different. More like AN p3 schematic with hardwired 6463 instead. Homebrew :) - (6463 in parallel)
That is running approx 300Vdc. (should be 260Vdc - will tweak the psu later)

Sincerely
