Cartridge for OTO

I am looking for a cartridge for my phono OTO.
The arm will be an Audiomods rega.
One obvious option I guess would be an IQ2 or 3.
Another might be the cartridge man's Music Maker which has an output of 0.4 V.
This is lower then the AN IQ's so my question is, would this still be a good match for the amp or not?

Any other suggestions are welcome.

I do have a Denon 103D and could use this but I would need a MC step up and preferably one that could be used with other cartridges since I'm not sure about staying with the Denon.

AN's step ups are not switchable and therefore less versatile.
