I've been using the Shuguang Black bottle 300B tubes available from Grant Fidelity. There's a great comparison thread on the grant fidelity website on theior forums. I've found these tubes to be a great choice with nice detail on the top end and well controlled bass. I have not tried the TJ or Sophia so can't offer a comparison. Also to echo a previous comment the input tubes are probably more important to the overall results, I've been using GE 7044 input tubes and have some tung sol 5687s on order to try as well.
