AN-E modified crossover

I've bought a pair of used AN-E/D (2001) speakers with offboard crossovers. In one of the offboard crossovers, one component was lose: 3W100ΩJ (a little white one). In the other, one point of the same component was lose.

I know very little about electronics. One component went lose in both of them during transport: the little white 3W100ΩJ. The question is: should it be installed parallel with the blue component? If it is similar to the AN-E kit, it IS parallel!
