Great work Bill. I presume you used the latest phono board's layout. I had a signature pre-amp kit that I built 3 yrs back when Brian took over the Kit business, and I wanted to keep a little bit of the old Mr.Kondo/Peter's M7 nostalgia, so I made a stand alone phono amp powered by M2 PSU with a new main trans (thanks to Brian's help). A slight modification was made on the phono board, changing signal 12AU7 into 12AX7 and eliminating two caps and resistors. The sound is gorgeous compared to the old sig pre-amp. Now its worth upgrading with silver caps and 2 watt tants.
