Since both channels are out, it may be either the power supply or perhaps a grounding issue.

Did you run a ground wire from the 5687 board back to the PS board?

Do you have good tubes in the power supply?

Did you double check your wiring on the 5687 board?

Are you sure you have 5687's in the sockets? (I've made this mistake before)

Do you have B+ on the 5687 board?
