Have you made all of your connections properly? On my 5687-based unit (should be the same as 6922) I have the following connections:

Purple to RTX and LTX
Black to HT
Green to GROUND

On output side:

Orange to Positive RCA pin
Yellow to RCA ground
Blue only used for Balanced operation
