Help with Debugging Issues with my DAC Upgrade

Dear All,

I am currently working on upgrading DAC 2.1 level B signature to transformer output version.

Well, I compelted everything, voltages checks OK, all LED lit,so I hooked it up but no sound not even a noise, hum, hiss :-<

It is not a transport issues as I hooked up another DAC to it and sound came out fine.

Since Brian is away on business trip, I am wondering if anyone out there can suggest to me where to start looking and wether if you have any ideas on what may be the possible cause(s)?
