Okay - from reading your post I get from it the following as a good place to start:

4 Sovtek EL 84s
1 ECC82 RCA 5963
2 Mullard 12AX7m's ECC83

The ECC82 from thetubestore does not have RCA. Is there a good alternative?

Currently I have a JJ in there.

Lastly - what about the phono stage tubes. I have a steel shroud covering them and don't know what's in there.
