Hey Mike - Are you heading down on Wednesday?

I have to take the Greyhound so I'll probably be in around 11 or noon. I'll talk to you about the turntable and the OTO - we seem to share the same preferences it would seem. I was going to buy a Michell but if my budget allows I'll look into Lou's upgrade. I could not find a website for him. I'll also check out Pacific Television...

I want to learn as much as I can about turntables as possible - I grew up with CD so my learning curve is high but it would be nice to know how to set up my own turntable, change cartridges etc rather than relying on Soundhounds for everything. I would not mind buying an Audio Note DC kit as well but I have a lack of confidence in building stuff. Still the cost saving is massive. A Dac Kit 2.1 is half the price of a finished Dac kit 1 so that is something that has been in my plans for a few years now.
