Hello Richard,
If you placed a 150uF in place of the 68uF capacitors, this is far too high a value after a rectifier tube. In my opinion, the 68uF is as large as the rectifier would want to see and the 47uF would be better for the tube.

There is a lot of talk about bypassing PS filter capacitors. Here is a post over at one of the other threads on the Asylum that I posted just a few moments ago regarding this exact topic. Keep in mind this is not in regard to the Audio Note pieces but similarrules would apply.
