Rectifier tube buzz/hum on DAC 2.1 and Kit 1

Hi,

I have AN Kit Dac 2.1 and Kit 1. Quite often (not always) I hear slight buzzing/humming sound from their respective rectifier tubes. It does not come from the speakers nor transformers.

Would anyone be able to suggest as to the possible cause for this?
