Questions about the 6SN7 on Kit 1 and Kit 2

Can I use an ECC32/CV181 or a 6SN7GT instead of a 6SN7GTB?
The ECC32/CV181's plate voltage is 300V max (w/ a higher filament current drawn) and 6SN7GT is 250V max, so is it safe to plug any one of these on the Kit 2 (or Kit 1) amp? The "stock" 6SN7GTB's plate voltage is 450V... if the Kit is designed for this plate voltage I don't want to plug a Mullard CV181 (or Sylania 6SN7GT) on my Kit 2 and have it burning its candle on both ends.
