Different brand output 300B valves sound OK?

I just bought Kit One amp with two output valves which are different brands one is Audio Note Premium Audio 300B valve, the other is Sotek 300B (Russian made).
Do you think the sound is affected by them? I noticed that left speaker (Sotek tube) sounds louder than right (Audio Note tube) and sound seems not focused or is that what the Tube amp designed to? as this is my first Tube Amp.
Any opinions on the matter would be much appreciated.
