Question for Kit 2 owners

Hello all,
I 've had my Kit 2 amp up and running for about 2 weeks now, and I couldn't be happier. A couple of quick questions. I've got about 250 hrs on the amp, it has a couple of Black gates on the tag strip, and It sounds like my bass has gone away somewhat. Is this typical of Black gate break in? How long does it usually take this amp to run in? Thanks for your time.
