Yes, the AN DAC 1.2 can be reconfigured with OPT. I purchased
the OPT from AN part # 011/01A (011/01B better) and reconfigured the output section with help from other
asylum contributors. I addaed LCLC network for the B+ supply in a duel mono supply voltage.
Used 6N1P output tubes in a grounded cathode cofiguration, with 180 ohm resister
to ground, bypassed with 470uf black gate cap.
The LCLC network added real foundation to the music, and the OPT added the layers and details that I am very happy with.
I'm sure there are other way of adding a OPT's but I had excellent results with this mod.Tom R
