I have done the excact same, but that was in a pair of AN-J with great success.
In short you need to heat up the "surroundings" of the drivers and use a wine cork screw to pull the drivers (very carefully) up
I have some documention of it, but the language is in Norwegian.

As you can see I warmed up the speakes in front of the fireplace.But beware. Be very careful when you do this procedure. You do not want to damage anything.
