AN Dac 1.2 Upgrades

Hey guys,
This is continued from a post on Tube DIY....
I was thinking about splitting the PS at the VR tubes, to a LCL to each tube.... Maybe 15H-38uF-150H.
The 150H hammond will pass 8mA, is this acceptable?
I will probably use Panasonic TSHB caps, bypassed with maybe 1uF solen Fast Caps. Good idea?
Other than that, any suggestions as to upgrades......
