Parasound JC3+ Gain adjustment

I have noticed my left channel is quite lower than the right while listening to my turntable. System sounds fine with CD so amps are OK.
When I switch input cables from the turntable to phono preamp the left channel remains low so its the preamp. Impedance and cartridge switches are same for both which means internal gain setting is different. Anybody know if I can correct gain internally on this preamp? I read that with the first edition JC3 you could have the gain adjusted by Parasound so I hoping I can correct this at home.
