Looking for a new Amp or Preamp? If you're after tubes, post over here.

The VT100 MK3 does not require biasing of the input and driver tubes.

Abe,

Until you first posted your excellent step by step procedure for biasing the 6922 tubes in the ARC VT100 MK2 I wonder how many guys with the VT 100 and Mk 2 were aware the 6922 input and driver tubes needed to be biased?

Abe, did you ever think it was odd that ARC did not mention anywhere in the user owners manual the 6922 tubes needed to be biased? Or not doing so could cause serious damage to the tubes including the power tubes, as well as causing the screen resistor of a 6550 power tube/s to blow. And worse yet damage to circuit board traces.
