Post in one of the technical forums here for a nearby hobbyist tech. I'm one, but not local. I changed a relay in my Accuphase for the same problem. The relay was under $20 including shipping, took me about an hour. Display problem could be a bad connection, worst case (probably) the display, you could ask Classe what they sell for and most likely it wouldn't take someone too long. "Likely", means have to see how it was put together. Or take the cover off and take some pictures and post them. If the display is surface mounted to a PCB you would need the entire PCB, but that isn't likely.
