+1 for HSU. Extremely versatile and reasonably priced. Also like my REL T-2 (8" driver) in a small room set-up.... similar in size to the room mentioned. Of course, the T-2 is long gone from their line-up. They do offer a very small 6" sub that might be just the ticket (or not) in a small room. Lots of choices to ponder.
