Plenty of old names get bought and recreated to sell product.
I have no idea if the new products will, or will not be as good and the old stuff which made the Hafler reputation.
Personally I would pass on a new product from a new company with no other proof of concept than borrowing an old Audio name to slap on it.
I owned a Hafler DH110 back in the early 1980s.. It was a great little preamp.
