The preamp is working now. It has two phono inputs, one of which seems not to be working. I tightened up shields on all the RCA connections going into the pre and am able to get audio now from Phono 2 and Aux (for my CD player) inputs. Later I shall try all the other inputs, one at a time, to see if there are further problems.
