I recently picked up a used creek 4330se and notice the back of the unit states AC voltage and frequency of "115v 50hz". Is this unit safe to use in Hawaii which is typical North America of 120v 60hz?
I think the 115v is ok but not sure of 50hz. I have sent an email to the US Creek distributor but have not received a reply.
Thanks

- I agree. nt Up is OK, down may cause the transformer to overheat. nt - Smelly_Socks 20:04:44 10/11/16 (0)
- Nope. You will need a transformer to convert to 50 cycle. /nt\ - Opus 33 1/3 15:40:42 10/11/16 (2)
- That is FALSE. you can upscale the frequency with good effects. - Smelly_Socks 20:03:49 10/11/16 (0)
