I think my system sounds just fine. I've experimented with 4 cartridges - the Grado Blue, Ortophon Red 2m, Shure M97xE and the Sumiko Pearl. The Grado is amazing to me and I highly recommend it to anyone. I've also played around with different tubes for my Bellari VP530, but they all sound the same to me, so I just stick with the Telefunken gold tip black diamond I initially bought for it. Overall, I love my system. I just don't know enough about speaker setup and the preamp I have to feel confident it is set up correctly. But, I am encouraged that it sounds just fine to me. I appreciate the comments guys!
