Yeah, I hear ya, sometimes life makes it's own rules. I just use the custom cabling that came with the speakers. It is from the German company Einstein, which makes top notch amps and preamps but used to make cables too. I have no idea what's in them in terms of metals (assume copper though given size and weight) or design/construction. However, they seem to let the speaker express itself fully...or maybe there is even another gear I am missing from them??? I would love to try Goertz silver foil but this would get very expensive fast.
