Facing the pre-amp from the front, of the 4 6922's, it's either the middle two or outside two that are phono. If the unit is on, and you have the cover off. You can select phone and gently tap the tubes with rubber end of pencil, and you will hear through your speakers. But I will be condemned for advising this.
The right angle board will be marked V1, V2, V3, V4.
