If you plan to keep this amp, replace the electrolytics on the PS and bypass cap on the cathode. Replace the coupling caps (film).
If you plan to keep this amp for a long time, try Audio Note (UK) electrolytics and film caps. They have different lines for both types of caps, from more expensive to a lot more expensive.
