I may be a bit biased though.... But here are some thoughts: Have streamed some hi-res (DSD) tunes from my iPhone (Onkyo player) through the USB dac with very nice results. It also has a nice built in MM/MC phono preamp which has LPs on the Rega RP1 pictured sounding surprisingly good (for the $$$ that is). Have not tried the headphone amp yet (not much of a Head-Fi guy) or other speakers yet. With the speakers supplied in this room, I use a bit of the Xbass EQ it has to deliver a nice tonal balance for the space and volume levels used.
P.S. Using the leather Hideinthesound.com TT mat on the RP1/W PP with really good results.
