I'd love to try low to modest power SET someday but I would feel more confident about it if I had speakers that were known to be up to the task.

I suspect that my Tannoys are probably border line at best. Even though they are rated 91dB 6 Ohm nom., they tend to come 'alive' with dynamics with a decent amount of power, 50-watts or more, it seems.
