Home Amp/Preamp Asylum

Looking for a new Amp or Preamp? If you're after tubes, post over here.

You did call the distributor?

Assuming you are at least the second owner and purchased from an end user.
Otherwise, you normally would call your dealer for issues.
Even if you didn't buy it from a dealer, they should provide some level of help since its their product. The right thing to do as the distributor,is to help ANY user of their product.

I recently was reminded the value of buying a new piece of equipment from a dealer.
4 month old amp blew a channel. Dealer instructs me where to drop it off.
Pick it up a couple of weeks later, no bill and turn around was fast.

Just received a freshly repaired PLC that my dealer boxed up for me(threw away original)
Sent back to the manufacturer, who then direct shipped it back,(in a proper box) to my doorstep, no charge. I REALLY like my dealer.
