Assuming you are at least the second owner and purchased from an end user.
Otherwise, you normally would call your dealer for issues.
Even if you didn't buy it from a dealer, they should provide some level of help since its their product. The right thing to do as the distributor,is to help ANY user of their product.
I recently was reminded the value of buying a new piece of equipment from a dealer.
4 month old amp blew a channel. Dealer instructs me where to drop it off.
Pick it up a couple of weeks later, no bill and turn around was fast.
Just received a freshly repaired PLC that my dealer boxed up for me(threw away original)
Sent back to the manufacturer, who then direct shipped it back,(in a proper box) to my doorstep, no charge. I REALLY like my dealer.
