My thoughts/comments would be that's about as cheap if not the cheapest MC you can get so keep your expectations inline with that. On the positive side at least the wall wart is regulated.......but a better PS would still help.
My advice spend more in the used market. There is a Music Hall for $100 in the AA trader now that does MC I'd much rather have.
