Well, it's pretty simple. I have a Yamaha RX-V461 with 2 front speakers, a center, and a sub. I'm pretty happy with it, but would love it to sound better and have more power.
But my main interest is to try and hook it up to my mixer so I don't have to buy self-powered monitors for it. The sound input to the mixer (once recorded) comes from my Macintosh computer straight to the mixer. I can use headphones, but haven't figured out a way to use medium to large monitors for it.
