Anyone heard the KR Audio P130 preamp?

I am considering getting one and it is a most unusual beast. It is designed basically like a hybrid SET (just like their amps) with their own "small" signal tube as the output stage and transformer coupled. Apparently the gain of the tube is very low and so the overall design has essentially zero gain but it is not a cathode follower to the best of my knowledge. I was told that all power supplies are also fully regulated (solid state though not tube regulation).

If anyone has listening experience with this preamp then I would appreciate if you share it with me as I am thinking about a "final" preamp and I think KR Audio amps are amongst the very best.
