Or you can get the resistor value from the other amplifier. Schematics are always nice, but tube amplifiers are easy to service. See what the resistor is connected to, probably a tube, and lookup the pinout. Variac's are nice for this type of problem, bring the voltage up slowly to diagnose the cause. If you need help, post this to one of the more technical categories, like tube DYI and see if there is someone close by that will help you.
