That's because it is irrelevant to your problem and technically inaccurate anyway. There is not enough information about the amplifier to determine where the problem is located, but it could be as simple as having the output transformer secondary misswired. It sounds like a very simple fix. Compare the color code of the wires going to the respective speaker taps e.g., 4, 8, 16 ohms from one amp to the other or post photos of the amps illustrating the speaker tap connections.
