My V4's are 120 W and are from 2009 utilizing the KT88. As Craiger said, the new V4 are 170 W and have redesigned transformers that optimize the KT150 output tube's power.
The previous owner said he used them lightly over 6 years and in addition in the description on the QS website it states that "the low screen voltage on the output tubes (300volts) makes them last for thousands fo hours". So I wouldn't think they are bad, but could be, although they bias fine and the rest of the sound is strong.
We'll see when the new KT120's come in.
