Thanks everyone for the suggestions. So, at this point the hum stays the same regardless of where the volume is set, whether I'm at home or at work, whether I'm using speakers or headphones, whether I'm using a power conditioner or not, etc. It's stronger through the right channel even after I did a left-right tube swap. No change no matter what I do.
I'm hoping that Coincident will exchange it because I love the sound of the amp. A local repair shop suggested that it might be a defective filter cap and advised me not to use the amp. Not a happy camper right now...
