The speaker cables and interconnects are well snug and connected properly. If the cabling are connected properly then proceed to check the R and L balance on the remote control to make sure that it is set at 0. If the R and L balance is set at 0 and the sound is still dominant on the left channel then you can proceed to re-bias the tubes per instruction on the user manual. This procedure will tell you right away if the right tubes are failing if one of the tube can't achieve the 60mA as per ARC bias specs.
