ARC 100.2 vs V70

Amp/Preamp Asylum

Guess the topic is all in the subject.
I now own an ARC 100.2 but I'm thinking of replacing it with a V70.
Pre is ARC LS25/II, speakers B&W804s.
What would I get in this change ? And what would I lose ?
