Product Description -explained by the manufacturer
High Power 240w RMS output. The best part about the kit is that it is made of individual components and IC's . Also all the power-supply components are built in, Simply need to add a Transformer and it will work. Comes with pre integrated Volume, Bass and Terrible controller.
If you do not understand any thing about wattage simply calculate the power of the Transformer to verify it. 24-0-24 means 48v with center tap. Now 48v 5Amp is 240w RMS. So you can be sure that the device that you buy will give you more than 240w Pure RMS and NOT CHEAP PMPO. Also the kit contains a Microphone Input which is Yellow and Blue colour and a 12V input for the Microphone which is Red and white. We have never tested the microphone feature but you can do it and let us know about the same. Also this Kit can officially drive up to 240w.
The board support's 90w per channel plus a 60w woofer on a separate connection.
So when you Buy a AMPLIFIER instead of asking the seller about the wattage, simply ask for the transformer inside the amp. And Multiply Voltage and Current to get the wattage consumption of the device.
