I'm the service rep for Canada. If I had to make a living doing nothing but Cary, I'd starve. Cary has had no more issues than anybody else. There were some growing pains a few years ago with some new products, but for the most part those problems have been resolved.
90% of what I see from Cary are usually not under their control, ie tube failures and such.
I can be more specific if you tell us what amp model you're looking at.
